About Future Bee

Our founder, Marc Fels, has specialised in placing newly qualified drivers across the UK for 10 years. During last year’s fuel and driver crisis Marc featured on Newsnight, BBC News, BBC Breakfast and GB news with Alastair Stewart discussing how we desperately need more new drivers to enter the transport sector.

Marc has witnessed first-hand the market change over the years with clients more accepting of new drivers than ever before.

Transport companies are starting to realise that new drivers are the future of the sector considering we have an ageing driver population and following Brexit where we can no longer rely on foreign drivers coming to and working in the UK.

Marc’s biggest frustration has been for every new HGV driver he helps into work there are many others he cannot as traditional recruitment fees introduce a cost barrier with clients when hiring newer drivers.

Future Bee was born to remove these barriers allowing transport businesses across the UK easier and faster access to new HGV drivers looking for work.

Having worked on the concept and development during the pandemic we are excited to launch allowing people still in training, people who have just passed and those with less than 12 months experience the chance to join us in their hunt for HGV work.

Our mission is to be THE recruitment solution for newly qualified drivers by introducing them to clients in an easy and cost-effective way.
